Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 21 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and or faulty.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings

  • Hair Clips (unless faulty)

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

  • Please note: It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
