- How can I place an order? You can easily place an order on our website by browsing in the Shop, selecting the items you'd like to purchase, and adding them to your shopping cart. Follow the prompts to proceed to checkout, where you'll be provided with your shipping and payment information to complete the order.
- What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal.
- Can I track my order? Yes, select the Tracked as the delivery option at your Basket and/or Checkout. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.
- What is your return policy? We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please see our Returns & Exchanges policy for more details.

- Do you offer gift-wrapping or personalized messages? Yes, we offer gift wrapping services for most products, and you can add a personalised message to your order during checkout. Simply select the gift-wrapping option and provide your message, and we'll take care of the rest.
- Are your products eco-friendly or sustainable? We strive to offer products that are Made by Hand that can be given as gifts or are to be used for a very long time and can passed on to new users wherever possible.
- Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed? We process orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed or shipped, modifications may not be possible.
- How do I know if an item is in stock? All items listed on our website are typically in stock and available for purchase unless otherwise stated. As these products are one-off hand made items, therefore restocking of the same item is not possible.
